Module 9Unit 2 Im going to do the high jump.一、教案背景1面向學生: 中學 小學 學科:英語2課時:1課時3. 課型:新授課4教具準備:評價表、PPT課件、課文配套光碟。二、教材分析(一)教學內容分析本課出自外研社新標準小學英語四年級上冊Module 9 Unit 2 Im going to do the high jump。本模塊將圍繞校園“Sports Day”為主題,展開系列教學活動。首先讓學生學會用英語表達一些運動項目,通過創設情境,在情境中更加熟練地運用“be going to”表達自己或他人的計劃和將要發生的事,能運用“What are you going to do?”詢問他人的計劃、打算。(2) 教學對象分析:四年級的學生都經過了一年的三年級教材的學習,對英語有著較濃厚的學習興趣,他們即將學習四年級教材。大部分學生已經具備聽、說、認、讀等能力。因為年齡特點的原因,他們很樂于參與各種英語形式的玩、演、唱活動;對直觀的實物、圖片等教具的接受能力更強;具備一定的小組合作學習能力。(三)教學目標分析:語言技能目標1. 能聽懂,會用日常交際用語“Im going to do”對“what are you going to do? ”做出相應的回答。 2. 能理解聽懂,會說 run the 200 metres 、long jump 、 high jump、how about、subject 等詞,理解掌握run the 200 metres 、long jump 、 high jump等詞的意義并懂得在實際語境中運用。能力目標培養學生在游戲中熟練運用句型和詞組的能力。情感態度目標1. 在學習、應用本課知識的過程中,培養發散思維、創造思維的能力.2. 培養學生的團隊意識和合作精神。 3. 激發學生學習英語的興趣, 幫助學生樹立信心。(四)教學重點難點:1.理解掌握run the 200 metres 、long jump 、 high jump等詞的意義并懂得在實際語境中運用。 2.理解并懂得在日常生活中靈活運用: What are you going to do ? Im going to 等句型進行交際。三、教法、學法分析:教法:1. 以活動教學為主,小組合作學習。采用了直觀教學法、全身反應法、情景教學法等。遵循外語教學動靜結合,聽說領先的原則為學生創設生動有趣的語言學習情景。2.具體采用以下幾種方法:情景教學法;全身反應法(TPR);任務型教學法;交際法;游戲法;多媒體教學法。學法:1.充分利用已學的知識利用學習正遷移作用,為本課的學習做鋪墊;2.在會話教學中鼓勵學生大聲說,說清楚并配以豐富的表情和適當的手勢,培養學生口頭表達能力。四、教學步驟Step1: Warming up. 1. Part 1(1)T: Well, we are going to run, how about our friends? Today , we are going to learn M9 U2 Im going to do the high jump.播放活動一動畫:Look at the rabbit and tortoise . What are they going to do? 引導學生回答:They are going to run. And the tortoise says: Im going to win. How funny!(2) Listen and repeat.T: Now lets listen and repeat.2. Part 2(1)Watch and answer.T:The animals are going to run. How about them? Look, who are they?Yes ,they are Lingling , Sam,Amy and the PE teacher.What are they talking about? Lets watch the cartoon and find the answer.Yes,they are talking about the Sports day.(2) Listen and match. They are talking about the Sports day,but who is going to run?Who is going to jump? This time,lets listen and match.Have you finished? Who wants to do the long jump?S1: I can jump far.Im going to do the long jump.S2: I can jump far.Im going to do the long jump,too.師請兩名學生上前,問全班: What are they going to do?Ss: They are going to do the long jump.2人進行PK.T: Whos the winner?Ss : XXX is the winner!T:Amy is going to do the high jump, Sam is going to do the long jump. How about Lingling? What is she going to do? 出示how about 請幾人起來讀。全班齊讀:She is going to run the 200 metres and 400 metres.師指評價表上各組所處的位置,引導各組進行問答:Lingling is going to run the 200 metres and 400 metres. How about you? Group 1?Group 1: We are going to run the .metres .How about you? Group 2?(4小組間用這兩句話根據實際情況問答。)Lingling is going to run the 200 metres and 400 metres, because PE is her favourite subject.出示詞卡教學:subject.任意幾排同學站起來讀。(3) Listen and repeat.Repeat the text. (4) Read the text together.(5) Role playing.【設計意圖】:課標主張:讓學生在語境中接觸、體驗和理解真實語言,并在此基礎上學習和應用語言。教師遵循此建議,在教學中利用情景教學法,以課文為載體,在課文學習中呈現本課新授單詞high jump、long jump、200 metres把學生帶入其中,激發他們的求知欲望,調動起學生的學習興趣。新知教學先從單詞引入,從學習到操練,始終堅持詞不離句的原則,在句中練,在句中用,使學生既鞏固了單詞學習,又熟悉了句型,為語言的運用奠定了基礎。練習方法多樣,有效避免了學生對機械操練的厭倦。新詞的操練從“詞組句子對話”層層遞進,設計有梯度。Step3: Practice.(1) GameT:Now lets play a little game.Ill ask you like this: What are you going to do on Sports day?And you answer me according to the pictures or phrases .Are you ready? Lets begin!(PPT 上出示類似下圖的五六張圖片進行搶答。)(2) Look, what a nice day, and the weekend is coming.周末來了,你有什么打算呢? Im going to go to the park and fly a kite, how about you?(問幾個學生。) Now, practice in pairs . Use the sentence “What are you going to do? Im going to” 用上這些句型和短語,和你的同桌一起交流一下你們周末的計劃吧!【設計意圖】: 游戲環節檢測了學生對本課生詞的掌握程度,而同桌互相問答環節則讓學生綜合運用起之前的知識,使得知識的運用又上了一個臺階。Step4: consolidation: Do a survey.Just now, we talk about the plan of weekend, How about your plan for sports day?(師用相應句型采訪一個學生并在表格上填寫。)Now,please ask your friends and finish the blanks.結束采訪后請幾名學生根據自己的表格用英語進行匯報。T:Do sports everyday, and we are going to be stronger and stronger.【設計意圖】:新課標指出,英語課程具有工具性和人文性的雙重性質。此環節兼顧了這兩重特性。通過完成調查表達到了讓學生用英語做事的目的,實現由知識到技能的轉化,體現了“工具性”;讓學生“do sports everyday”,進行了相應的德育滲透體現了“人文性”。Step5: conclusion and homework.The Sports day is coming. What are you going to do on Sports day? Talk about your plans with “Im going to.【設計意圖】:家庭作業也是英語教學的重要組成部分,布置此開放性的作業,很貼近學生的生活,有利于鍛煉學生運用英語交際的能力,又有利于提高學生的綜合人文素質培養。五、板書設計A: What are you going to do ?B: Im going to do the high jump.do the long jump.run the 200 metres and the 400 metres.6、 課前預設根據以往教學經驗,200 metres 這樣的表達學生需要多練習才能掌握,如出現此情況,可利用黑板上的評價表上100 metres -800 metres 進行相關操練;“.is my favorite subject.” 這一句型的掌握可能較耗時,練習的強度視上課實踐操作時間而定,如果時間不夠則不多做拓展。7
